Get outside and get fresh air. It’s such a simple thing, but it makes so much difference in our attitude and views on the day. Getting some sunshine in will lift your spirits. Looking at nature is calming to our soul.
Take some time today or this weekend to get out and sit. Sit on your own front porch that you never utilize (guilty here!) or go for a little walk around your neighborhood. Heck, you might even meet a new neighbor and gain a friend.
