It’s so important to take care of your belongings. I’m sure a lot of you are parents that might be reading this. I bet you teach them to take care of their toys or else they will be broken, and then possibly thrown away. But what about your own belongings? Do you really take good care of them?
I have always been particular about my things. I don’t like book pages to get crinkled or my purse to get dirty. I often dump everything out and organize it. It just gives my mind a good cleaning too. I love to get rid of the mental clutter that comes with mess as well.
My paper planner (Ashley Shelly Planner) looks as new on the outside in December as it does when I start it in January. I’m very careful with it, even though it’s super durable regardless. I just enjoy seeing things being well taken care of, including myself. If I need rest, I rest for my body. So, why wouldn’t I take the same care of my belongings?
Take a look around your home, office, or even purse today and see what you can do to improve the quality of your surroundings by taking good care of them.
