Happy Friday y’all! Thanks for stopping by for the first of many Weekly Peace Friday tips. Each week I will be posting a new tip to help you live your life more peacefully. That’s the core of my brand, so this is even more special to me.
Today’s tip is to clear your mind. For me, writing out all of the things that are going through my brain helps me to relax so much better. I especially like to do this before I go to sleep at night. I am definitely one of those people who can stay awake too long thinking about all of the things I need to do the next day, and then miss out on the precious sleep my body needs to recharge. I used to just take out a sheet of blank paper or use a notebook page to do a brain dump. Literally write out every single thought that comes to mind. Small or large. So I made sure that The Daily Peace Journals had an area just for this called “Clarity”. I love that word so much. When I read that word I feel no stress. That’s the goal. So give it a try next time you feel overwhelmed or under stress. Write out all of the thoughts that are flying through your mind and you’ll see how just emptying them out will make you feel so much lighter. Then, you can look over everything and pick out the important things you want to focus on, and let the rest just be for now.
